Birthday bumps
For our love for literature and literary personalities we’ll be celebrating birthdays of eminent literary personalities or the ones we are a fan of. The month of September feels lucky enough to have three most loved and adored authors of all time. Staring with

Roald Dahl
                       (September 13, 1916- November 23,1990)

Few children’s authors have been as influential and prolific as Roald Dahl. Some of his works include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilida, The BFG, and James and the Giant Peach. A very happy birthday to our favourite story writer.

           O. Henry

(September 11, 1862 – June 5, 1910)

Also known as William Sydney Porter,a man whose short stories are known for their surprise endings like in his famous short story, The Last Leaf  which has never failed to touch a life. The writing style we find in his works is what we mostly adore. He also has works like Cabbages and Kings (1904), Roads of Destiny (1909) and Whirligigs (1910) to his name. We wish you a very happy birthday O. Henry.

          Agatha Christie
    (September 15, 1890- January 12, 1976)

This beautiful English crime novelist, short story writer and playwright is best known for her 66 detective novels and 14 short story collections. She is mostly famous for Peril at End House (1932), Murder of Peter Ackroyd (1926) and Murder on the Orient Express (1934). Many many happy returns of the day dear Agatha.
